Duties
Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Supporting individuals with their daily activities in accordance with personalised care plans
Monitoring clients health and reporting any concerns to senior staff
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
Driving clients safely to appointments or outings as required (driving licence essential)
Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
Good IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others
Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual needs
Reliable driving skills for transporting clients safely
Previous experience working within a care setting is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided
