We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to support our Area Leadership Team.

Everyone starting in a new role will be welcomed into the team and given all the training and support needed. As part of your comprehensive induction, you will be provided with all the equipment required for your role.
Our work is varied; no two days are the same. You’ll need to be well organised, able to work flexibly and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also have the ability to manage your own workloads to prioritise competing demands. Tasks that the successful candidate will undertake include:
diary and email management
tracking of actions
preparing meetings, both in person and virtual formats
hotel and travel arrangements
key system and process administration
handling enquiries and requests
We are looking for a practical and self-motivated individual who is confident working unsupervised but equally happy working as part of team.
While some time working in one of our office’s will be required, we offer a hybrid working environment.
Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be asked to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment, and full training will be available to support you with your incident role.
The team
You’ll be working with the Area Leadership Team who lead our area to deliver its goal of contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for wildlife and people across our patch, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
We are dispersed across the area, working from all office locations.
Experience/skills required
We are looking for someone practical, well organised and confident in using or learning to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including MS Teams.
You may have experience of providing excellent customer service and building and sustaining relationships with colleagues.
Or you may be looking to build experience and be interested in embarking on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You will;
- have experience of providing excellent customer service
- be great at building and sustaining relationships with colleagues from across the organisation.
- be confident with Data Protection and handling sensitive business and personal information.
- be organised, able to manage yourself and your own workload effectively
- have good written and spoken communication skills, able to act as an initial point of contact, communicating and filtering information so it is conveyed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
