We’re looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to lead daily on‑site maintenance and repair activities across our wastewater network. In this role, you’ll oversee teams and subcontractors, ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently, and act as the key on‑site point of contact for clients. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of each project monitoring progress, maintaining high quality standards, resolving challenges as they arise, and making sure that people, equipment and resources are used effectively to get the job done right, first time.

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England. We focus on keeping sewer networks operating efficiently through planned maintenance, emergency response and rehabilitation works. Our capability is underpinned by a substantial fleet of specialist vehicles including vacuum tankers, jetting units and CCTV survey equipment, supported by advanced technology for rapid diagnostics and effective solutions. With a reputation for safety, reliability and technical expertise, Cappagh Browne plays a critical role in protecting communities and maintaining essential infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and experience in utilities or construction environments. You’ll be confident managing people on site, communicating with clients, and keeping projects on track.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within utilities, construction, or wastewater operations
- Strong leadership, team coordination and communication skills
- Sound understanding of civil engineering principles and wastewater network systems
- Effective decision-making and problem‑solving ability
- Certifications such as NRSWA Street Works
- A valid driving licence
Desirable:
- Supervisor Streetworks training
