Join the Go‑To‑Market Team at Microlise
Are you a driven SaaS sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? Microlise is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high‑energy Sales Executive to help us accelerate our expansion across the SME market.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing new business for our market‑leading Delivery Management Solutions. If you’re passionate about technology, motivated by results, and at your best in a fast‑paced environment, then you’ll fit right in.

Why this role matters:
Our GTM organisation has one clear mission: to win together.

We operate as one team, driven by curiosity, ambition, and a relentless focus on delivering value for our customers.

We embed MEDDPICC across our sales process, not just as a methodology, but as a shared language that gives you clarity, consistency, and the structure to close deals with confidence.

What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and qualifying SME prospects who will benefit from Microlise’s delivery management solutions
Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and follow‑up to closing and onboarding
Using MEDDPICC to run deep‑dive discovery sessions that uncover real customer challenges
Presenting tailored SaaS solutions that demonstrate clear ROI
Building strong internal partnerships with marketing, presales, and product teams
Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM
Staying on top of industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen your sales approach
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into SMEs
Hands‑on experience with MEDDPICC (or similar structured sales methodologies)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A true hunter mindset, proactive, resilient, and self‑driven
The ability to articulate value and open doors with new prospects
Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management
Passion for technology and its ability to transform business operations
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fleet management (a bonus, not a must)
A strong SME network within relevant sectors (another bonus)
A valid UK driving licence
Why join Microlise?
