We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team within a prestigious corporate hospitality environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients and experienced chefs, delivering high-quality food across a variety of services including fine dining, working lunches and large-scale events.
What you’ll be doing:
Running and covering the hot section, producing high-quality plated dishes
Supporting fine dining services (typically 35 covers) and set menu service for larger groups
Producing finger food, bowl food (up to 250 portions), and hot & cold buffets
Assisting with large-scale hospitality events in the Livery Hall for up to 300 guests
Contributing to the BBQ terrace service during the busy summer months
Working collaboratively within a skilled team of chefs and kitchen porters
Maintaining high standards of presentation, consistency, and organisation
What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience working with plated hot food and confidence running a hot section
Background in corporate hospitality, 3 Rosette kitchens, or higher-end restaurants
Passion for cooking with whole ingredients and high-quality produce
A desire to learn from experienced chefs and continue developing your skills
