The role offers variety and responsibility: you’ll recruit and develop staff, manage rotas and workloads, resolve queries and complaints, and collaborate with colleagues across the University. You’ll also help drive sustainability initiatives and contribute to the development of new communications and services.
About you
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and that will thrive in a busy, people-focused environment.
Your organisational skills enable you to manage rotas, workloads, and deadlines, while your proactive approach helps you resolve problems and improve processes. A key element will be to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across Accommodation Services and other departments to ensure the best possible experience for our students.
Where you will be working
Accommodation Services operate accommodation across various locations. Frenchay Campus will be your primary base, however there may be an expectation to travel to other campuses and accommodation sites regularly.
This role is based on site for all your time.

Interviews are scheduled to take place at our Frenchay Campus on week commencing 30 March 2026
This is a part-time, permanent post, working 30 hours per week – Tuesday – Saturday. 6 hours per day, typically 13:00 – 19:00 to be discussed. Salary includes an enhancement for hours worked on a Saturday of time and a half.
