To manage and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities within a PFI environment, allocating work to in‑house engineers and sub‑contractors to ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with contractual and SLA requirements.

Main Duties

-You are responsible for Jeopardy Management for all reactive and planned maintenance activities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, prioritising competing demands to meet SLA and operational requirements.

-Allocate reactive, planned and statutory maintenance works accurately and in a timely manner, liaising closely with the engineering team and communicating effectively via agreed channels (including radio).

-Ensure PPM, statutory and Schedule 10/14 obligations are highlighted and managed appropriately to maintain full compliance.

-Monitor performance against SLAs and PFI contractual requirements through live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing and compliance

-Review service reports, identify issues or remedial actions, and communicate requirements to the appropriate engineering or management teams.

-Maintain complete, accurate and auditable records for all reactive, planned and statutory maintenance activities, including contractor reports and insurance documentation, escalating shortfalls to the Business Support Compliance Manager.

-Ensure all documentation is saved on shared folders ensuring documents are titled to match the report to allow easy findings.

-Liaise with contractors, supervisors and managers to ensure planned works are completed safely, compliantly and to contractual standards, ensuring all required documentation (RAMS, insurance, training records) is in place.

-Support health, safety and environmental compliance by maintaining site information boards and promoting safe working practices.

-Contribute to month-end performance reporting, audit preparation and compliance reviews as required.

-Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, escalating service issues where appropriate.

-Support operational administration, including raising purchase orders, booking visitors and contractors, ordering stationery and providing general administrative support to the management team.
