Job Overview
Role: Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker
Location: Wolverhampton (WV3), West Midlands
Salary: Competitive Hourly Wage + Pension Scheme + Sleep-in Allowance
Hours: Full-Time (including sleep-in shifts)
Industry: Children’s Residential Care / Youth Support
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality therapeutic care and support to children and young people.
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment in line with Ofsted "Good" standards.
Work as part of a dedicated team to manage daily routines and household tasks.
Attend regular training and team meetings to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in Children’s Residential Care is a plus but not essential.
Passion: A genuine desire to support vulnerable young people and help them thrive.
Qualifications: Willingness to complete a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Fully Funded).
Availability: Flexible to work on a shift pattern including sleep-ins and weekends.
