Duties:
- Booking customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs via telephone and face-to-face interactions
- Accurately identifying and processing customer parts requirements
- Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience in a busy environment
- Employing a sales-driven approach to maximise workshop revenues and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor, ideally within a car dealership
- Excellent customer service and sales skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Good IT literacy, including experience with dealer management systems such as Kerridge or CDK, and electronic parts catalogues
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reside within an easily commutable distance to Llanelli
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role within the automotive industry or transferable skills from related sectors
