About You:
• A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for child development and early education.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Committed to inclusion, creativity, and continuous professional growth.
• Energetic, flexible, and eager to contribute to a supportive, community-focused team.
