Newhouse Academy is looking for a Behaviour Manager / CLA Coordinator who is, as we describe, one of “Our People”.
We appoint on character over talent alone, believing that we can always learn new skills. Self-reflection is important, as is being a team player and understanding the importance of our values.
The improvements made by the academy in recent times have been achieved by working together towards our vision and by looking after our biggest asset, our staff.
This is a great opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive pastoral team.

Hours: 37 hours per week , Term time plus 1 week
Salary: Scale Points Grade 6 / SO1 - 19 to 25
Starting scale point is dependent on experience.
Actual salary£28,000 to £31,758 dependant on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible (upon receipt of satisfactory pre employment checks)
