We're recruiting a Support Worker for our Learning Disability service, Naverne Meadows, where you'll help individuals develop skills, build confidence, and take part in meaningful activities at home and in the community.

We're looking for someone who champions dignity, respect, inclusion, and person‑centered support.

Located just a short distance from Woodbridge town centre, Naverne Meadows offers a peaceful residential setting within easy reach of local shops, schools and healthcare services, with convenient public transport links available nearby for straightforward travel across Woodbridge and into Ipswich.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be part of a compassionate team supporting tenants to live independently and lead fulfilling lives.
  • Empower tenants by recognising their individuality and supporting their choices.
  • Provide bespoke support-personal care, medication help, household tasks, and tenancy‑related duties.
  • Maintain accurate documentation that meets CQC expectations and internal policies.
  • Offer understanding, creativity, and support to help tenants achieve positive outcomes and independence.
  • Build inclusive, constructive relationships with tenants, families, professionals, and colleagues.

Person Specification...

  • Care Certificate is desirable
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care, or equivalent, is desirable
  • A full driving licence is desirable. but not essential
