Your new company
A leading national personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established litigation team. The firm is recognised for high‑quality claimant work, strong market rankings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for injured clients. You will manage your own caseload of predominantly fast‑track pre‑ and post‑issue OL/PL claims, supported by a strong internal infrastructure, excellent training, and high‑calibre non‑CMC work sources.
Your new role
This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you
- Manage a litigated OL/PL caseload independently from cradle to grave.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.
- Work within a target‑driven environment while maintaining quality and client care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for clients.
- Keep fully up to date with relevant legislation and procedural developments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX with full litigation rights
- Proven track record of billing and handling a litigated caseload.
- Experience managing fast‑track OL/PL matters (portal and non‑portal).
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and applying these effectively.
- Experience running files from initiation through applications, challenges, and trial/disposal hearing.
- Experience with Proclaim case management is advantageous.
