This is more than just an administrative role; it is your opportunity to join a high-performing Multi-Academy Trust where every member of staff is committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.

About Our Academy

Located in the heart of Cheetham Hill, our boys' secondary academy is a faith-based school that welcomes pupils of all faiths and none. We are housed in a state-of-the-art campus and carry an exemplary reputation for excellence in every aspect of school life.

Our pursuit of educational excellence is based on the belief that every pupil has the capacity to become a successful and inspirational leader. By joining our team, you will be instrumental in creating the environment where that transformation happens.

The Role

As a key member of the school's business support team, you will provide an exceptional service to our pupils, teachers, and wider stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure our academy runs as a professional, efficient, and safe learning environment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic management of school business operations.

  • Oversight of Finance, HR, and Premises operations.

  • Management of Data Protection and legislative compliance.

  • Leading a team of support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Optimizing ICT administration systems to improve school efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a committed team player with excellent organisational skills and specialist technical expertise. You should possess the ability to develop strong relationships across our school and the wider Trust community.

Requirements:

  • Education: 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English and Maths.

  • Experience: Proven management experience within a public or private sector setting.

  • Operational Knowledge: Solid experience in at least two of the following: Finance, HR, Business, or Premises management.

  • Compliance: Strong knowledge of Data Protection/GDPR and professional office management.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in effective ICT administration systems.

Why Join Us?

We are part of a high-performing multi-academy trust that works to improve the life chances of young people. We believe in investing in our people. As a member of our team, you will benefit from:

  • Professional Development: Access to our bespoke Talent Academy for mentoring and career progression.

  • Competitive Rewards: Excellent salary, generous pension schemes, and healthcare cash plans.

  • Culture: A values-based environment where social and charitable action is celebrated.
