Salary: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £3,976.48 p.a.)Contract: Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Lunchbreak Supervisors to join our hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidates will help ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.The successful candidates will:✅ Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.✅ Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also being able to use their initiative.✅ Have excellent communication skills.✅ Show warmth, care and a full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.✅ Maintain a calm and consistent approach when interacting with children.✅ Support the school’s approach to outdoor play, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethos.✅ Act as a vital link between children, lunchtime staff and other members of the school team.✅ Be willing to participate in training and professional development.✅ Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality.Please refer to the Candidate Information Pack, available under Supporting Documents, for further details about the role.Fluency Duty:This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
