Facilitate social communication and interaction among peers to ensure children are included and engaged both in the classroom and during playground duties.
Liaise regularly with stakeholders, including feeding back to class teachers, sharing daily successes with parents/carers, and working with external professionals to review intervention programmes.
Contribute to assessment and record-keeping by taking accurate pastoral notes, recording observations of pupil progress, and communicating concerns promptly.
Prepare and maintain the learning environment, which includes organising resources, supporting the use of learning technologies, and creating inclusive displays.
