This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing talent and recognising excellence within our team.As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you’ll lead financial strategy and operations across a cluster of academies covering Lincolnshire, Sheffield and Bradford (North East), ensuring long-term sustainability, compliance, and best value. You’ll work closely with Academy Principals, Regional Directors, and finance teams to shape budgets, unlock funding opportunities, and drive innovative cost-saving strategies.This is more than a finance role, it’s a chance to influence educational outcomes and community development through smart financial stewardship.While our finance team is based at Oasis Academy Wintringham in Grimsby, we also have academies in Bradford and Sheffield, which could serve as your home base.
