This is a live-in role with accommodation provided in a detached cottage, offering a unique opportunity for someone with maintenance or caretaking experience seeking a stable, long-term position.
Key Duties:-
Opening and securing the site on a rota basis.

Carrying out general maintenance and repair work.

Performing basic plumbing and electrical tasks.

Assisting with deliveries, furniture moving, and site set-ups.

Monitoring utilities and building services.

Escorting external contractors on site.

Supporting health and safety procedures, including Fire Warden duties.

Participating in an on-call rota for security and alarm call-outs.

Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or a similar role.

Practical skills with tools and general repairs.

Electrical or plumbing knowledge desirable.

Reliable and trustworthy with a proactive attitude.
