Salary £25,583 - £25,989 (pro rata)

Actual Salary £14,802 to £15,037

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Level 2 Admin Assistant to join our SEND department.

The postholder will provide dedicated administrative support to the SEND department, working closely with the SENCO and wider inclusion team. The role will involve organising and supporting review meetings (including Annual Reviews), preparing and distributing SEND documentation, maintaining accurate pupil records, and tracking statutory deadlines in line with the SEND Code of Practice.

The postholder will also support communication with parents, external professionals and the Local Authority, update SEND systems and provision records, and assist with data returns and evidence collation for inspections and audits.
