Waiting List Co-ordination: To book and monitor all endoscopy lists ensuring that all lists are filled to capacity To advise and link with medical staff on a regular basis regarding endoscopy admissions To escalate any issues to the team leader and/or the service manager in a timely manner Additional Duties: It is expected that the post holder will undertake their responsibilities in a polite and courteous manor at all times To always respect and maintain patients confidentiality To provide support and cover in time of sickness or annual leave. To carry out any other duties as required commensurate with this grade Personal Development: The post holder will be required to have in house training as deemed necessary to undertake their duties and responsibilities.
