Crynodeb

Deliver high-quality clinical care in Acute/General and Older Peoples Medicine. Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams. Liaise with Social Services, GPs, and voluntary organisations. Provide specialist advice to colleagues and support staff. Contribute to teaching, training, and supervision of junior doctors and other healthcare professionals. Participate in audits, quality improvement, and service development. Engage in clinical governance and morbidity & mortality meetings. Support divisional leadership with service planning and development. Comply with Trust policies and complete mandatory training, appraisal, and revalidation.
