Location: Victoria, London (Single-Site)
Salary: £48,000 + Plenty of overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Are you a qualified Electrician who prefers the stability of a single-site, tenant-facing role over the chaos of driving across London?
Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance: Lighting (emergency testing/ballasts), power distribution, motors, and control panels.

Mechanical Support: Strong FCU knowledge, servicng etc

Compliance: Ensuring all logbooks are up to date and the site remains fully compliant with health and safety regulations.

Tenant Liaison: Acting as a professional face for the business, communicating clearly with office staff and stakeholders.

Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
