The Best Connection is currently seeking a meticulous Night Quality Assurance Operative for an ongoing temporary assignment at our world-renowned client in Knightsbridge, London.

Position Details
- Location: Knightsbridge, London
- Pay Rate: £14.24
- Time: 18:00 - 06:00
- Shift Pattern: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive start-up and end-of-day checks effectively and accurately.
- Guarantee that product build specifications and SOPs are accurate, accessible, and strictly followed.
- Ensure the flawless accuracy of product labelling, including Bizerba labels and integrated information.
- Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure products released for delivery are "right first time, all the time."
- Perform regular production checks and ensure 100% accurate completion of due diligence documentation.
- Conduct complaint investigations and submit reports within agreed timelines, alongside supporting weekly inspections.
- Address any non-conformance's raised in Food Safety audits within assigned timescales.
- Help maintain strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including ATP (95% pass rate) and EMP (97% pass rate with no pathogen isolation).
What We Are Looking For
- Proven QA competency within a food manufacturing environment (chill chain experience is highly preferred).
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene training (HACCP Level 2 or awareness training is highly desirable).
- Strong PC literacy, including Word, Excel, and ideally SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail, evident in accurate paperwork completion and department organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deal with internal and external teams.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform duties with minimum supervision.
