Location: Sandwich

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Supply Planner to join a fast‑paced and growing operation. In this role, you will ensure product availability, maintain accurate planning data, and help drive supply chain efficiency across the business.
You'll play a key part in coordinating stock, demand, and production, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support seamless supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure consistent product availability
- Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules
- Liaise with internal departments to maintain smooth operational flow
- Maintain accurate planning data within systems and spreadsheets
- Support continuous improvement across supply chain processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retail partners
- Provide reporting and analysis to support operational decision‑making
- Work to strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional commercial awareness, with strong understanding of business priorities
- Competent with Excel, confident in handling and analysing data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven
- Experience in a retail‑facing supply planning role is highly advantageous
- Basic understanding of retailer systems and supply chain processes is beneficial
