Temporary Office Coordinator - 6 Month Contract

Join a friendly, family-run office where no two days are the same. We're a small team of 5 managing around 30 contractors, and we're looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident on the phone to keep things running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Adding quotes and jobs to the system

• Scheduling works for contractors

• Ordering materials and plant

• Speaking with clients and contractors by phone

• Keeping jobs moving and the team informed

The details:

• 6-month temporary role

• 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

• Small, supportive office environment

• £12.71 per hour, paid weekly
