Machine Operator – Thetford
£13.00 per hour | Full Time | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting a Machine Operator for our client based in Thetford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hard-working, practical and keen to learn, with the chance to develop their skills and grow within the company.
This role can be physically demanding, so applicants must be comfortable with hands-on work.

Duties may include:
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Assisting with general production tasks
Handling materials and products
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider team when required
What we are looking for:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hard-working and reliable
Practical and hands-on approach
Able to carry out physical work
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay & Benefits:
£13.00 per hour starting rate
Opportunity for pay increases once trained and adding value to the business
Overtime paid at time + ¼

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 4:45pm
