We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join the HR team at Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL). If you are highly organised, a communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment), we would love to hear from you.
About NCSL
Responsible for key operational delivery and maintenance of Norwich city's streets, parks and properties by utilising all of the services that our environmental and building repairs teams have to offer.
We locally employ over 300 people with plans of continuous growth, aligned with high aspirations of excellent service delivery. Additionally, we also cater for various private businesses and residents across the city.

About the role:
As an HR Assistant you will support Norwich City Services Ltd, a wholly owned company of Norwich City Council, deliver essential HR transactions to the business. Working in our busy HR team, duties will include co-ordinating recruitment activity and dealing with starter and leaver processes, generating payroll documentation and contracts of employment. You will also respond to a variety of queries and provide advice and support to managers on HR processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be organised and possess excellent IT skills as you will be responsible for maintaining HR records to a high standard. You should have experience of using HR systems and be comfortable training and supporting others in their use. Effective communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential as is the ability to ensure delivery of a variety of tasks to deadlines.
