UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Healthcare to join the team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C male prison located on the outskirts of Lancaster, with capacity of around 550. You will be joining a well staffed and fully integrated healthcare team managing a team of around 40, working across Primary Care, Mental Health and Substance Misuse. This is a unique and rare opportunity to manage the healthcare department by leading on, and maintaining the service as agreed with NHS England. Salary This is a full time role offering a salary between £53,755 - £60,504 per annum depending on experience + £4000 car allowance + 10% discretionary bonus.
