Other Duties Include: Ward Cover, Clerking of new admissions, attendance at ward rounds. Attendance at Orthopaedic out-patient clinics with the Consultant Minimum four operating sessions per week Cover for colleagues in Orthopaedic Unit during periods of leave. Writing discharge letters, liaising with GPs as necessary regarding discharges. Legibly completing outcome proformas in the out-patient clinics. Collecting and presenting data for clinical audit meetings. To facilitate medical and clinical audit, junior medical staff must keep medical records in the manner prescribed by the Specialist Services Division
