Demonstrate an awareness of physical, psycho-social, cultural and environmental needs of patients and their family/carer when in patients homes Patient comfort and well-being are paramount To consistently produce high quality blood samples with the minimum of discomfort and disturbance to the patient To function as part of the Community Nurse Team To observe a personal duty of care in relation to equipment and resources used in course of work Providing healthcare visits to the housebound service users within Newton Abbot locality. Attending to health needs of those patients, documenting and if necessary, escalating appropriately.
