Working Supervisor – Civils / Groundworks
Norfolk (Various Sites)
£24 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a dynamic civils and groundworks project across various sites in Norfolk, starting ASAP.
The Role:
You will oversee day-to-day site activities while remaining hands-on when required, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to join a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality infrastructure and development support.
Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of site operations while working alongside the team
Coordinating labour, plant and deliveries on site
Ensuring H&S compliance and site documentation
Carrying out briefings and supporting site teams
Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience working within civils and groundworks
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
360 Excavator ticket (essential)
Additional plant tickets beneficial
Strong practical knowledge of site operations and safety
Ability to supervise a team while remaining hands-on
