The vacancy for the Porter/Domestic role is at the following area:
Riverside Centre Prestwich Mental Health Hospital, working 22.5 hours a week on a rota basis, including early, & late shifts. Monday - Sunday
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Domestic Porter Services Department. As a Hospital Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams to provide a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. Your work will directly contribute to high-quality patient care and will reflect the Trust’s Standards and the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.
You will assist with the movement of equipment, supplies, and waste, support clinical and non-clinical teams, and help maintain a well‑organised and hygienic hospital environment.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
