Landmarc Support Services is looking for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team at Longmoor Camp. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our Training Estate running smoothly and ensuring our Armed Forces have a clean, safe and well‑maintained environment while they train.

No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to take pride in your work. In return, we offer excellent training, great career progression and a supportive team culture.

Working Pattern:09:00 - 15:00 from Monday to Friday

Hours of work: 30 per week

Contract: Permanent

Location:Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6EL

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping the camp clean, tidy and ready for use
  • Cleaning offices, communal areas and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and shower facilities
  • Carrying out general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
  • Supporting accommodation handover and handback processes
  • Assisting with general building maintenance
  • Performing basic grounds maintenance
  • Managing stock levels and replenishing supplies
  • Completing documentation using both IT systems and paper-based processes
  • Supporting the wider team with any additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • General housekeeping or caretaking knowledge
  • Understanding of basic Health & Safety procedures
  • Good communication skills and a team‑focused attitude
  • Ability to work to objectives and take pride in delivering a great service
  • Confidence using basic grounds maintenance equipment
  • Ability to complete documentation accurately
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using a tablet
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the rural location
