An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving small animal clinic in Portsmouth. This exceptionally well-equipped practice offers real clinical variety and the chance to shape high standards of care within a supportive and forward thinking leadership team. With a strong focus on professional development, this role provides the perfect environment for a dedicated vet looking to grow their skills while making a meaningful impact on pets and their owners.

The clinic boasts outstanding facilities, including two fully equipped operating theatres, a dedicated dental suite with both digital and handheld dental X-ray, digital X-ray and ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring equipment, separate dog, cat, and small animal wards, walk-in kennels, an isolation unit, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. A genuine passion for early diagnostics and continuous clinical development is essential to thrive in this role.

The practice is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with over three years of experience, including at least one year practicing in the UK. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, collaborate seamlessly with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues, and enjoy working as part of a close knit team that prioritizes quality, compassion, and high standards of care.
