An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a dynamic, independent small animal practice in Gloucestershire. This 100% small animal clinic combines cutting edge facilities with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, making it a fantastic place to develop your skills while delivering exceptional care. With a team passionate about animal health and a genuine commitment to client relationships, this is a role for someone who wants to grow both professionally and personally.

The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a digital X-ray suite, high quality ultrasound, laparoscopy, multi-parameter monitoring, ECG, tonometry, and a full Idexx in-house laboratory. Air conditioned surgeries, separate dog and cat wards, walk-in kennels, and an isolation unit ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment. The clinic also offers in-house orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, providing plenty of variety and opportunities to develop surgical skills.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon, whether you are an experienced professional looking to specialise or a newer vet keen to grow as a general practitioner. The generous rota allows ample time for case work ups, discussions with colleagues, and regular breaks, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will be fully supported by a skilled team of nurses who share a keen focus on patient care.
