What you’ll be doing:
• Planning and delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supporting and motivating pupils of all abilities.
• Managing behaviour effectively.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• The ability to teach mixed-ability groups effectively.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible, proactive approach to teaching.
