• Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create reports, documents, and correspondence.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors to maintain reliable records.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with preparing reports, charts, and summaries for management.
• Manage emails, calendars, and internal communications when required.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as document formatting, printing, scanning, and filing.
• Support other departments with data processing and documentation tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
