TGP Cymru is a Wales based charity working with children, young people and families and has been providing services across Wales for 20 years.
The Restorative Approaches Family Group Meeting (RAFGM) Service is for families who are experiencing conflict within their family and need support to find solutions. The service helps families to overcome difficulties by building, maintaining and where necessary repairing relationships. Family members will be encouraged to identify their strengths, skills and resources to make positive changes. The current service area covers the local authorities of Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Rhondda Cynon Taf.
We are seeking to recruit a RAFGM Project Administrator for 15 hours per week with a flexible approach to working across a minimum of 3 days. You will support the Restorative Approaches Family Group Meeting Team with administrative tasks in line with TGP Cymru’s policies and procedures ensuring the regulatory and contractual compliance of the organisation.
Please note that this is a temporary role with current funding until 31st March 2027
The postholder will be able to :
Produce quality results in a service-orientated and timely manner and is committed to deliver agreed outcomes
Work well with colleagues and partners and acknowledge the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds of others
Plan and organise work and manage time effectively
Communicate effectively i.e. express information and ideas in a clear, concise and accurate manner; listen actively and ensure information is shared.
Be open to new approaches and ideas, respond positively to change and adapt quickly to new situations
Seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
Use Microsoft Office products including office 365
They will also need to demonstrate a sound understanding and record of achievement in the following:
Admin within an office environment/ Experience of using virtual platforms.
Use of Office 365
Operating financial systems including petty cash, budget monitoring and control
Dealing with members of the public and other agencies
