Management To be part of the Divisional senior management team attending, contributing and undertaking specific tasks allocated To have overall accountability and responsibility for the provision of a high quality support services within the Division To have overall responsibility for the workforce plan, recruitment and retention of all bands of Nursing/AHP/DCP staff across the division, ensuring their on-going professional development. To lead the teams in setting standards of performance and practice taking into account the requirements of the Trust and external performance targets. To develop and compile a yearly professional AHP/DCP plan. To participate within the senior divisional on call roster, covering weekends and bank holidays. Professional Responsibility Registered by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or General Dental Council (GDC)Registered and abides by the code of conduct of the relevant professional body.Participate in a relevant Continuing Professional Development scheme and ensure that the criteria are met.
