About You Extensive hospital operational leadership experience (e.g. Hospital Director, Divisional Director, or Operations Director). Strong knowledge of private healthcare and insurance-funded care pathways. Proven experience managing multiple complex healthcare services. Strong understanding of hospital governance, quality, and compliance. Based in the North of England and willing to travel nationally. Experience of the Scottish healthcare system would be advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead an innovative neurological service within a growing healthcare organisation. Service Development Lead the development and transformation of specialist services into hospital environments. Identify opportunities to expand neurological services and improve patient pathways. Work closely with clinical leadership to develop innovative care models. Governance and Compliance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including Care Quality Commission standards and best practice frameworks. Maintain strong quality assurance, risk management, and clinical governance systems. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong working relationships with consultants, insurers, and referring clinicians. Support partnerships with private healthcare providers and commissioning bodies. Operational Performance Deliver operational efficiency and service growth. Monitor key performance indicators relating to patient outcomes, safety, and service performance.
