About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Site Manager - Security Operations to take full operational responsibility for the performance, compliance, and delivery of security services across a key site. This senior leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in line with contractual targets and company standards.
You will oversee the financial and operational performance of the security operation, ensuring efficient use of labour and resources, adherence to legislation, and successful delivery of new and existing contracts. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, you will help identify new opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Commercial Management
-Take overall responsibility for the operational performance of the site's security function in line with defined targets.
-Maintain full control over contract delivery, including financial performance, cost management, and service effectiveness.
-Ensure efficient deployment and utilisation of labour and resources through strong team leadership and planning.
-Ensure all services comply with relevant legislation and company standards.
-Lead the effective commissioning of all contracts within agreed timeframes, standards, and profitability targets.
-Liaise with internal departments to identify business development opportunities and support sales activities.
