Housing Assistant (Tenancy & Estates) - Permanent


Salary Grade 3 £26,824 - £28,598 per annum FTE


Full Time, 37 hours per week


We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tenancy and Estates Team in managing and providing services to our tenancies and estates. As a Housing Assistant, you will provide operational, clerical and administrative support to the Team, and will assist them in carrying out visits to our tenants and estates.


You should have a clear understanding of issues affecting social housing, together with experience of delivering similar services.


You must be able to drive, possess a current driving licence, and provide a suitable vehicle for use at work.
