We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at a hospitality and leisure venue in Solihull.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and able to maintain high cleaning standards in a customer-facing environment.
Working Hours
3 days per week: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
Start time: 07:00am
Shift length: 4 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning floors, surfaces and communal areas
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the venue
Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely
Reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
