Team Administrator (Exams Department) - Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Permanent, 52 weeks per year.
Based in Weybridge, with support on site in Ashford, Surrey, as required. Salary £25,069.79 (BRK20)

The Team Administrator will be based on site in Weybridge within the Exams team and responsible for managing the effective and
efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications regulations and/or
awarding body rules for exams administration in a consistent and secure manner.
About the role:
As Team Administrator (Exams) you will deliver a high quality, effective and responsive examination service to all staff and
students. Your role will also include:
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of examination papers, boards & regulations
* Use this information to provide specific advice and support to staff and students
* Ensure exam policies and procedures are understood and followed in line with awarding body regulations
* Check and collate candidate entries and make timely submissions to the awarding bodies
* Ensure exams are timetabled, roomed and invigilated
* Collaboration with teams across the college to ensure access arranged and requirements are met
To fulfil the role of Team Administrator (Exams) you will have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Level 2 English & Maths
* Evidence of good organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy under pressure and working to deadlines
* Strong IT skills across a variety of systems
* First class communication skills
* Previous experience of a Further Education working environment a distinct advantage
* Willingness to work flexibly including occasional evening/Saturday/Bank Holidays
