We are a retail pharmacy company, with pharmacy branches located in East London, Essex and Bedfordshire areas.
We have a Head Office located in Ilford, from where we provide all HR, Admin, IT, Accounting support to our branches.
We are seeking a competent and motivated individual in the capacity of Corporate Secretary/PA to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Head Office management and team in Ilford.
This is a full time permanent office based position.
The ideal candidate will have a professional administrative and/or a legal background. You should have a strong business sense and communication skills, including the ability to multitask, write professional business communication, be well spoken and confident. You will have good typing skills, ideally audio typing, shorthand and be very thorough in your work output. You should have good attention to detail and presentation, as you will be working to support our directors, and liaising with our professional business contacts, including solicitors, agents, accountants, NHS and other. .
Duties will include:
Supporting our directors and manager in devising business communication in form of letters, emails, schedules.
Liaising with our business partners in respect of legal, accounting, and operational matters on behalf of the directors and manager.
Dealing with customer complaints, queries and referring online queries to the relevant branch/personnel.
Supporting our Head Office team in providing an efficient support service to our branches, and this means being an all rounder and stepping in to undertake filing, typing and various project work.
Managing our filling system both paper and online.
