ROLE: Sales Administrator
LOCATION: Luton
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours pw
SALARY: 27k basic, 29k ote + benefits
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Sales Administrator for their clients dealerships in Luton.
Duties:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with invoicing, taxing, file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties
• Work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team.
• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
About you:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.
• We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.
• Extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
