The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or be due to qualify)

• Be confident delivering Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

  
  

• Be able to plan and deliver engaging, practical, and inclusive lessons

  
  

• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  
  

• Be passionate about raising attainment and pupil engagement

  
  

• Be adaptable and open to working across a range of secondary school settings
