This is a 22 month fixed term role, with the potential of an extension.

Main duties of the role:

Playing a key role in:
• Professionally lead and take continuing responsibility for the development and maintenance of a quality body fluid exposure service for relevant staff in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work closely and communicate effectively with managers and staff employed by the Purchaser to ensure an effective working relationship
• Act as a resource of clinical expertise for managers and staff within the contracted service and the Trust OH team
• Develop protocols, guidelines and patient information that reflect evidence-based practice and undertake audit
