Crynodeb
We are looking for a reliable Facilities Repair Technician to carry out general building maintenance and repairs. The role involves ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained. The successful applicant will have good communication and literacy skills as they will have to complete customer reports on site.
Key Duties:
Carry out general repairs and maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating)
Respond to maintenance requests and fix faults promptly
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or facilities repair experience preferred
Practical skills in general building maintenance
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Good reliability and time management
A current clean driving licence but minor points will be considered.
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime if required
Location: Primarily southern based but may need to travel out of region when required
