Active PA wanted for lively young person with learning disabilities - average 12hrs per week mainly evenings and weekends. To take young person to activities around North Shropshire and spend fun time with them e.g. badminton, shopping etc. Monthly schedule agreed in advance. Must have a DBS or be willing to get one, able to drive and have own transport. Flexibility appreciated.
